Terms and Conditions
These terms cover your use of the Afford-A-Rooter Plumbing website. Using this site does not create a contract for plumbing work and does not form a warranty. Any actual job is governed by the written estimate or invoice you sign, not by anything published here.
Scope
This website provides general information about plumbing, drain, rooter, sewer, and water line services offered by Afford-A-Rooter Plumbing in the Denver metropolitan area, and a form for requesting contact. Submitting the form is a request for service, not a booking and not an agreement.
Site content does not form a warranty
Descriptions of services, methods, timelines, and outcomes on this site are general and educational. Every property is different. Nothing written here is a guarantee of a result, a diagnosis of your specific plumbing system, or a warranty of any kind. Warranty terms, where they apply, are stated on the paperwork for the work performed.
Do not rely on this site as a substitute for a licensed plumber inspecting your property. If you have an active leak, a sewage backup, or a suspected gas issue, shut the system off if it is safe to do so and call for service.
What is the difference between an estimate and a quote?
An estimate is an informed approximation given before the full extent of the work is known, for example over the phone or before a line has been camera inspected. It can change as conditions are uncovered.
A quote is a specific price for a defined scope of work, given after the job has been assessed on site, and presented to you for approval before work begins. Where the two differ, the signed quote or invoice controls. If conditions change mid-job, we stop and get your approval before proceeding.
Pricing and availability
Prices, promotions, and service availability may change without notice. Any offer published on this site is subject to the terms shown with it and to confirmation at the time of service.
Third party links
This site links to other websites, including our sister companies and outside resources such as utility providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Afford-A-Rooter Plumbing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit any liability arising from plumbing work we actually perform, which is governed by the agreement for that work and by applicable law.
Intellectual property

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
