The quote form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, the service you need, and an optional message describing the problem. Name and phone number are required because they are what we need to call you back. Everything else helps us send the right plumber with the right equipment.

The form also includes a hidden field that real people never see. It exists only to catch automated bots, and submissions that fill it are discarded.

When you submit the form, the submission is validated on our server and stored in our private lead database. That database is not publicly readable. It cannot be queried from a browser, from this website, or by anyone who is not an authorized member of our team.

Along with what you type, we record the page you submitted from, the date and time, and the campaign parameters described below. We also record the network address of the request for a short period, solely to rate limit abusive automated submissions.

A copy of each submission is emailed to the Afford-A-Rooter office so we can respond quickly. That email is delivered by Resend, our transactional email provider, which processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. Resend handles the notification email only. It does not receive your data for its own marketing purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it with a third party only where required to deliver the service you asked for, or where the law requires it.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-38HRN6E48Z) and Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MBHFQN4). Together they tell us which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what device they used, and which page led to a phone call or a form submission. We use two conversion events: one when a quote form is submitted successfully, and one when a phone number on the site is tapped or clicked.

We do not use an advertising remarketing pixel on this site. There is no Meta Pixel and no third party ad retargeting tag.

If you arrive from an advertisement or a marketing link, the link may carry campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, and a click identifier. We store those values with your submission so we know which campaign brought you here. They contain no personal information on their own.

You can block analytics cookies and scripts using your browser settings or an extension. The site and the quote form work normally without them.

Lead records are kept for as long as they are needed to service the customer relationship, including honoring workmanship on work we performed and meeting our accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time. Rate limiting records are short lived and expire on their own.

Email info@affordarooterplumbing.com or call (720) 296-7972 and ask for your information to be deleted. Tell us the name, phone number, or email address you submitted so we can find the record. We respond to requests within one month. We will remove your record except where we are required to keep proof of completed work, payment, or permitted service for legal or accounting reasons.

This site is intended for adults arranging plumbing service for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If our data practices change, we will update this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
