Small lots, old pipe, tight access
Berkley is a compact unincorporated pocket between Denver and Westminster, and the plumbing here reflects that. Lots are narrow, houses sit close to the street, and the sewer laterals are short but old. Working in Berkley means carrying equipment that fits through a side yard three feet wide and knowing that the cleanout might be under a deck somebody built in 1988.
